Binsted homes
Binsted is an old village of cottages and houses around Holy Cross Church and along the lanes, with more scattered homes towards the forest. Country homes near the forest pick up a lot of leaf litter and wet-weather mud. Hall and stair carpets show it first.

What Binsted carpets and sofas need
Forest-walk mud
Clay mud from forest paths dries hard in hall carpet. Pre-treatment softens it so extraction can lift it out.
Spare-room mattresses
A standard mattress is £75 and a large one £100, and they’re easy to add to a carpet booking.
