Carpet Cleaning Bordon (“we”) respects your privacy. This short notice explains how we handle information you send through our website contact form, quote chatbot, phone, WhatsApp or email.

What we collect

When you enquire, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and details of what you want cleaned (including optional photos via WhatsApp). Calls and messages to 01420 384898 or WhatsApp 07511 189666 are handled as normal business correspondence.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, provide a guide or firm quote, arrange a visit, and follow up about the job. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing lists unless you have clearly asked us to stay in touch that way.

Storage

Demo and development builds of this site may store lead details in your browser’s localStorage and/or a simple server stub so quotes can be tested. On a live production setup, enquiries should be delivered to our business inbox or CRM. Keep copies of messages you send us if you need them for your own records.

Cookies

Essential site operation may use local storage for the quote chat demo. We do not currently require non-essential advertising cookies for the core site. If analytics or advertising cookies are added later, we will update this page and provide an appropriate notice.

Your rights
